Prayers...mystical??!!

I had my share of hurts and pains in wilderness.The stings of scorpions,the snapping of bones.Dehydration so severe that my eyes stung.But i never prayed over any of that.I always thought,if i put myself in those places...it was upto me to get out of it.God probably wasn't interested.

Prayer,i have always thought that is the thing for you saved for the last.But anytime i got to the last,there was no time for praying...and when it was over,all i could do was wonder that i was still alive.

So,i never prayed.Except once........Prayers still mystifies me.Maybe,i shouldn't save it for the last.........
